The surface of this paddle is very smooth and easy to clean.  The paddle can tolerate hot liquor temperatures up to 206° degrees (97° C).  Each end has a paddle.  The large end paddle is for mixing in buckets and brew pots.  The smaller opposite end paddle has a handy hanger hole and a small paddle that will fit right down into a carboy or even a gallon jug to allow stirring and degassing inside them.  The slots in the paddle cause a turbine action resulting in faster mixing of malts and sugars.  The big paddle is 2.25″ wide and the small paddle is 1″ wide.  Ships in a box via USPS First Class Mail you will have it right away.
