We do not know those charges throughout the world.
    Returns and Refunds: Return Policy – We are proud to offer returns within reason. I will accept returns, within 7 days of close of transaction within reason. Returns are based on buyer contact. Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by me. (meaning if you paid by Paypal – you will get a Paypal refund.)
